Getting Started

Precision longevity is an approach to health that combines genetics, biomarkers, and lifestyle data to create a personalized strategy for how you age. Instead of following generic wellness advice, we use your individual biology, your test results, and your goals to build a specific plan tailored to you. The goal is simple: to help you live longer, feel better, and look your best from the inside out.

Your family doctor is essential for managing acute illness and coordinating emergency care. We are different in three ways. First, we focus exclusively on optimising health and function in people who are not sick, rather than treating disease. Second, we have time to dig deep. Most family doctors see 30-40 patients a day; we spend an hour or more with each person. Third, we use advanced testing such as genetic profiling, biomarker panels, and sleep analysis that most primary care practices do not offer. Think of it this way: your doctor maintains the car when something breaks. We are the specialist who tunes the engine to run at its absolute best.

Absolutely. In fact, this is exactly who we serve. Precision longevity is not about treating disease; it is about optimising function and preventing decline before anything goes wrong. If you are feeling fine but want to know you are doing everything right, if you have symptoms your doctor says are normal for your age, or if you simply want to age as well as possible, this is for you.

Your first consultation is a discovery call where we listen more than we talk. We ask about your health history, your goals, your current symptoms or concerns, and your lifestyle. We explain how our testing and coaching work and answer any questions. We are not selling you anything. We are figuring out whether and how we can help you. If it is a fit, we will discuss next steps.

No referral is required. You can contact us directly to book a consultation or begin testing. We are a private practice, so you come to us directly rather than through your primary care physician.

That is what a free consultation is for. Based on your goals and concerns, we will recommend a testing panel and a coaching path. For example, if your main concern is hormonal, we would start with the Precision Hormone Profile. If you want a genetic blueprint of your metabolism and longevity markers, the Precision Longevity Blueprint is the foundation. Unsure? Book a call and we will point you in the right direction.

Precision longevity services, testing, and coaching are not covered by OHIP. Some private insurance plans may cover portions of diagnostic testing; we recommend checking your policy or calling your provider. Many patients use health spending accounts to cover these services. We offer flexible payment options, including monthly plans for multi-month coaching packages.

We are based in Ontario, Canada. All consultations, coaching sessions, and follow-ups are conducted virtually via Zoom, so you can access our services from anywhere. There is no need to come into an office.

Testing

Our testing panels are comprehensive health assessments you can complete at home. Depending on the panel, they measure genetic markers from a saliva sample, biomarkers like hormones and metabolic markers from blood or urine, or sleep metrics from a wearable device. You order online, collect your sample at home, mail it in, and receive results within 1-2 weeks with a full interpretation guide.

No lab visit is required. We send you a kit with everything you need. For genetic testing, you provide a saliva sample. For hormone and metabolic panels, you either self-collect a blood spot by finger prick or a urine and saliva sample at home. For sleep testing, you wear a wearable device for one night. Then carry on with your usual routine and mail everything back in a prepaid envelope, and our lab processes it. Results are delivered online with detailed interpretation.

A Blueprint is a one-time genetic test that does not change; it is your biological instruction manual. Once you have it, you have it for life. Examples include the Precision Longevity Blueprint and Precision Performance Blueprint. A Profile is a snapshot of your biomarkers at a specific point in time. Examples include the Precision Hormone Profile and Precision Sleep Profile. Biomarkers change based on your lifestyle, so Profiles can be retested to track progress.

Most testing takes between three and six weeks from the date we receive your sample. Sleep testing takes between two and four weeks. You will receive an email when results are ready with a detailed interpretation guide and, if you have booked coaching, a summary of what to prioritise.

If you book coaching, we use your results as the foundation for your personalised protocol. We interpret the data, explain what it means for your biology, and translate it into specific, actionable recommendations. If you do not book coaching, you will still receive a detailed interpretation guide with your results. You can also share results with your physician.

It depends on the test. Genetic Blueprints do not change, so you only need them once. Biomarker Profiles such as hormone, sleep, and metabolic testing can shift based on lifestyle, so many patients retest every 6-12 months to track progress and adjust their protocol. We recommend discussing your retest timeline during coaching sessions.

Yes. Our testing partners are accredited labs either with Health Canada or international organizations. We use the same biomarker and genetic testing methods that medical doctors use. The difference is in how we interpret and use the results: we are focused on optimisation and prevention, not diagnosis of disease.

Absolutely. All our test results come with a formal report that you can share with your physician. Many patients find it helpful to bring their Precision results to their annual check-up to discuss personalised health optimisation.

Supplements

Most supplements on the shelf are either ineffective because the dose is too low or mismatched to what your body actually needs. We have carefully curated our own compendium of third-party tested supplements because we wanted to offer what we actually recommend: pharmaceutical-grade formulations with evidence-backed ingredients at therapeutic doses, matched to specific health goals. Every formula is built around the idea that dose matters and intensity matters.

Several things. First, purity: we use third-party tested ingredients and finished products. Second, dose: most store supplements have sub-therapeutic amounts to keep costs down; ours are dosed to match the research. Third, form: we choose the most bioavailable forms of each ingredient. Fourth, no fillers: our supplements do not contain unnecessary binders, colours, or preservatives.

That is where your testing comes in. If you have completed a Precision test, your results will identify nutritional gaps and support needs. A coach can recommend the right stack during a coaching session. If you have not tested yet, you can start with foundational stacks and adjust from there based on how you feel.

Yes, as long as they are designed to work together. Many patients combine a foundational multivitamin with a specialised stack for hormones or sleep. We do not recommend stacking duplicate ingredients without guidance. If you are unsure, ask your coach or check with our team before combining stacks.

Many of our stacks contain vitamin D3 at evidence-based doses. If you are taking multiple stacks with D3, the total amount will add up, which is fine as long as you stay within safe upper limits. If you are combining multiple D3-containing products, let us know and we can help calculate your total dose.

Most are, but some ingredients can interact with specific medications. Always check with your pharmacist or physician before starting any new supplement, especially if you are on prescriptions. We recommend providing your pharmacy with a full list of what you are taking.

This varies widely. Some people notice improvements in sleep or energy within a week or two. Others take 4-8 weeks to see a meaningful shift. The general rule is to commit to a protocol for at least 30 days before assessing whether it is working. Supplements optimise function; they do not create miracles.

Let us know, and we will help you avoid duplication and calculate your total intake. If you are happy with what you are taking and it is dosed appropriately, you do not need to switch to our brand. Our job is to help you get the right formula at the right dose.

Currently, we ship within Canada. International shipping is complicated by regulatory differences, tariffs, and logistics. If you are outside Canada and interested in our supplements, contact us and we may be able to work out a solution.

Our supplements are Natural and Non-prescription Health Products regulated under Health Canada's Natural and Non-prescription Health Products Directorate. All ingredients are on Health Canada's approved list, and all formulations comply with labelling and safety standards. They are licensed as natural health products rather than approved the way medications are.

Coaching

A Precision Coaching Session is a single 60-minute virtual conversation with a member of our coaching team. It is ideal if you want to discuss your test results, get a supplement audit, or think through a specific health question. You do not need a long-term commitment; you just book one session when you need it. It costs $497 CAD.

A Session is one-off guidance. A Package is 6 sessions over 12 weeks at $2,832 CAD, designed to build a personalised protocol. A Program is 14 sessions over 6 months at $6,258 CAD, our most comprehensive option, with weekly sessions at the start and bi-weekly after, plus quarterly protocol reviews. Choose based on how deep you want to go and how much ongoing support you want.

DIY programs are self-directed education modules where you watch lectures and guided courses on specific topics without one-on-one coaching. They are less expensive than coaching and ideal if you want to learn the science and implement on your own. Many people combine a DIY program with a single coaching session for accountability and troubleshooting.

Yes, all coaching is virtual via Zoom. You can be anywhere in Canada or beyond, depending on time zones, and still work with us. No office visits are needed.

Every session includes a personalised conversation based on your specific data and goals. For a first session, that might mean reviewing your test results, identifying your top priorities, and brainstorming first steps. For follow-up sessions, it is about tracking progress, troubleshooting, refining your protocol, and answering questions. You will get a post-session summary email with key takeaways.

If you have committed to a Package or Program, you can pause or stop if your circumstances change. We will discuss what makes sense for you. Generally, we recommend giving a protocol at least 8-12 weeks before deciding whether to continue, since real changes take time.

Testing is not required, but it is highly recommended. Coaching is most powerful when built on data. If you have not tested, we can use a coaching session to discuss your symptoms and goals, recommend the right test for you, and plan from there.

Hormones

We are not prescribing physicians. However, our team includes licensed physicians who can assess hormone imbalances and discuss hormone replacement therapy options with you. If HRT is right for you, we can refer you to specialists or coordinate care. Many of our patients work with us for lifestyle optimisation alongside HRT prescribed by their physician.

Bioidentical hormones are molecularly identical to the hormones your body makes. Synthetic hormones are chemically similar but not identical. Bioidentical hormones may have fewer side effects and better tolerability for some people, though the evidence is mixed. The dose, delivery method, and your individual response matter more than the label alone.

Hormone therapy safety is complex and varies by individual. Recent evidence suggests the breast cancer risk is much smaller than originally thought for many women, especially if therapy starts before age 60. For symptomatic women, the benefits for quality of life, bone health, and cardiovascular health may outweigh the risks. That said, HRT is not right for everyone. We help assess your individual risk factors, but clinical decisions should always be made with your prescribing physician.

No. Age alone is not a reason to avoid HRT. Some older women benefit tremendously from hormone optimisation. What matters is your individual health status, symptoms, and goals. If someone has told you that you are too old without exploring your individual case, it may be worth getting a second opinion.

Yes. Testosterone decline, thyroid imbalances, and cortisol dysregulation affect men just as they affect women. We assess and optimise men's hormones as part of our precision approach. Whether that includes HRT or lifestyle interventions depends on the individual.

Pricing

Pricing varies. Testing panels range from $397 CAD for the Precision Sleep Profile to $697 CAD for the Precision Performance Blueprint. Single coaching sessions are $497 CAD. Packages are $2,832 CAD for 6 sessions over 12 weeks. Programs are $6,258 CAD for 14 sessions over 6 months.

Yes, we do offer client financing through select third-party providers, including Medicard and Beautifi. These are private, third-party client financing programs. They conduct their own confidential financial screening and work directly with you to set up a flexible payment plan that fits your needs. We do not have access to your financial information at any point in that process.

Wellness coaching and supplements are generally not tax deductible. Testing might be deductible if it is ordered by a physician for medical purposes, but wellness testing ordered for optimisation purposes typically is not. Check with your accountant for your specific situation.

Because our services are personalised and time-intensive, we do not offer refunds on coaching sessions or programs once they have begun. If you have genuine concerns about fit or if something is not working as expected, contact us to discuss it. We may be able to adjust your approach, pause, or find a better solution. Testing results are non-refundable once the sample has been processed.

Privacy

Yes. All your health data is stored on HIPAA-compliant and PIPEDA-compliant secure servers. Our testing partners are accredited labs with strict data security protocols. All communications between you and your coach are encrypted. We never share your data with third parties without your explicit consent.

Only you and your coach or coaches see your results, unless you explicitly authorise us to share them with someone else such as your physician. If you are working with a coach, they see your results as part of your care. If you have only ordered testing without coaching, only you and the lab technician see the raw data.

No. We never sell, rent, or share your health information with third parties for marketing or any other purpose. Your data is yours. We use it only to support your care and as required by law.
