  • Do not replace medical care from your healthcare provider

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Coaching package cancellation window to be confirmed before launch
  • Unused coaching session expiry window to be confirmed before launch
  • Refund requests should be submitted in writing through the published contact email once confirmed

8. Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise indicated. Please note that ProDrome Sciences product pricing is listed in US dollars. Pricing is subject to change without notice.

Refund Policy

  • Unopened supplements: full refund within 30 days of purchase
  • Opened supplements: non-refundable for health and safety reasons
  • Supplements returned in original condition with receipt may be eligible for exchange
  • Coaching services and testing panels are non-refundable unless cancelled within the stated timeframe

9. Shipping and Returns

We ship wellness supplements within Canada only. Shipping costs and delivery times will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping Responsibility

Risk of loss transfers to you upon shipment. We are not responsible for packages lost, damaged, or delayed by shipping providers.

Returns Process

To return unopened supplements within 30 days, use the published contact channel and include your order number and reason for return.
