Year-Round Immune Intelligence
Who Is This For?
This stack is designed for someone actively seeking to optimise their precision immune. If this resonates with where you are right now, this is your starting point.
The Story
Most immune support products are reactive—you take them when you’re already feeling run down. Precision Immune is designed differently. It’s built to support the intelligence of your immune system year-round, not just during season changes. Your immune system has two branches. The innate branch is your first responder—it reacts immediately but broadly. The adaptive branch is your specialist team—it’s slower to activate but precisely targeted. Both branches need support, and they need different things. Beta-glucan from medicinal mushrooms enhances CD3, CD4, CD8 T-lymphocytes and NK cell activity—that’s your surveillance team becoming more vigilant. Zinc at the right dose shortened acute respiratory infection duration by 47% in meta-analysis—the strongest single-nutrient effect on respiratory infection duration in the research. Elderberry brings a well-characterised antiviral mechanism that supports both duration and severity. Three capsules a day. Simple protocol. Significant, evidence-based immune intelligence.
What’s Inside

The Evidence: Why Each Ingredient Is Here
Below is a summary of the research supporting each component. We’ve included formal citations so you can dig deeper if you want to.
Beta-Glucan 1,3/1,6 (fungal) 250mg
Reishi beta-glucan RCT (84 days): significant enhancement of CD3, CD4, CD8 T-lymphocytes and NK cell counts vs placebo, along with significant increases in serum IgA and NK cell cytotoxicity. Systematic review of 34 RCTs: fungal beta-glucans consistently strengthened immune defence mechanisms and reduced incidence and duration of cold and flu-like infections.
Elderberry Extract 500mg
Systematic review of 5 RCTs: elderberry supported duration and severity of colds and influenza. Comparison study vs oseltamivir (Tamiflu): elderberry-containing product associated with lower risk of influenza complications. Important fact: there is no evidence that elderberry causes immune over-stimulation at standard supplemental doses—a commonly cited concern that has not been supported in clinical review.
Zinc Bisglycinate 25mg
Meta-analysis of 35 RCTs (1,995 participants): zinc supplementation significantly reduced CRP, neutrophils, and TNF-α, while increasing CD4 levels. Separate meta-analysis of micronutrients and acute respiratory infections: zinc shortened ARI symptom duration by 47%—the strongest single effect of any micronutrient. We use the bisglycinate form for superior absorption and tolerability.
Important Considerations
Before starting any new supplement, please review these clinical considerations. If you’re on prescription medications, share this page with your healthcare provider.
Beta-Glucan (fungal)
Beta-glucans are immunomodulatory—they activate the immune system. This is beneficial for most healthy adults. However, if you are on immunosuppressant medications (such as after an organ transplant, or for an autoimmune condition), immune-stimulating supplements may conflict with your approach. Please share this with your prescribing physician before starting.
Zinc 25mg
This formula provides 25mg of elemental zinc, within the safe daily range. The recommended upper limit for total daily zinc is 40mg. If you are also taking other zinc-containing supplements, be mindful of your total. Long-term zinc at higher doses can deplete copper; if taking for more than 3 months, discuss copper co-supplementation with your healthcare provider.

Frequently Asked Questions
Should I take this year-round, or only during cold and flu season?
Both approaches work, but they’re different strategies. Year-round use builds baseline immune intelligence and is our standard recommendation—think of it as preventive. Intensive seasonal use (October through March, for example) is also evidence-based and costs less. Most people find the preventive year-round approach easier to track. Pick what fits your life.
What if I already feel sick? Can I start this now?
Zinc is most effective if you start it within 24 hours of symptom onset. The beta-glucan and elderberry work differently—they’re more about supporting recovery than stopping it cold. This formula is genuinely useful for active illness, but the preventive effect is stronger than the treatment effect. If you’re well, start now. If you’re already sick, yes, take it, but don’t expect miracles if you’re three days in.
I’m on an immunosuppressant medication. Can I take this?
This is a no without medical clearance. Beta-glucans actively stimulate immune function, which is the opposite of what immunosuppressant drugs do. The two don’t work together. Talk to your prescribing physician. There may be a different approach that fits your situation.
How much zinc is in this if I’m taking another supplement too?
This formula provides 25mg elemental zinc. If you’re taking a multivitamin that contains zinc, or another single-nutrient zinc product, you need to add them up. The safe upper limit is 40mg/day. If you’re over that, discuss with your healthcare provider. More zinc isn’t automatically better—there’s a dose curve, and more above threshold just increases risk of copper depletion.
