Precision Radiance™

Skin, hair, and nails - from the inside out.

Here's what most skincare approaches get wrong: they focus entirely on the outside. Serums, creams, treatments - all working on the surface. But your skin is built from the inside. The collagen matrix, the hydration, the elasticity, the UV protection - these are driven by what's happening at the cellular level.

Who it's for

This stack is designed for someone actively seeking to optimise their precision radiance. If this resonates with where you are right now, this is your starting point.

Skin, Hair, and Nails—From the Inside Out

Who Is This For?

This stack is designed for someone actively seeking to optimise their precision radiance. If this resonates with where you are right now, this is your starting point.

The Story

Here’s what most skincare approaches get wrong: they focus entirely on the outside. Serums, creams, treatments—all working on the surface. But your skin is built from the inside. The collagen matrix, the hydration, the elasticity, the UV protection—these are driven by what’s happening at the cellular level. Collagen production declines roughly 1–1.5% per year after age 25. By the time wrinkles become visible, the structural decline has been happening for years. And here’s the key insight: vitamin C isn’t optional when it comes to collagen synthesis. It’s required. Without adequate vitamin C, the hydroxylation steps that form the collagen triple helix literally can’t happen. That’s not a marketing claim—it’s biochemistry. Precision Radiance pairs bioactive collagen peptides with the required vitamin C cofactor, oral hyaluronic acid (yes, it works when taken orally—the RCT data is clear), astaxanthin for photoprotection, and biotin + silica for hair and nail integrity. The result is a comprehensive approach to looking good that starts where it actually matters—from the inside out.

The Evidence: Why Each Ingredient Is Here

Below is a summary of the research supporting each component. We’ve included formal citations so you can dig deeper if you want to.

Collagen Peptides 5g

Meta-analysis of 26 RCTs (1,721 participants): hydrolysed collagen supplementation significantly improved skin hydration and elasticity. 12-week RCT (collagen + Vitamin C): 44.6% decrease in collagen fragmentation, hydration +13.8%, elasticity +22.7%, wrinkle depth -19.6%. 90 days is the standard effective window. Low molecular weight peptides (Gly-Pro, Pro-Hyp) are the bioactive fractions most efficiently absorbed and utilised for skin matrix remodelling.

Astaxanthin 6mg

Meta-analysis of 9 RCTs: oral astaxanthin significantly improved skin moisture and elasticity. 16-week RCT: astaxanthin significantly increased minimal erythema dose (UV protection threshold) and prevented UV-induced moisture loss. Think of it as internal sunscreen support. It quenches reactive oxygen species in skin tissue more efficiently than vitamin E or beta-carotene.

Biotin + Silica

90-day RCT: biotin + silica botanical extract significantly reduced hair fall, increased hair growth rate, improved nail roughness, and increased skin elasticity. Biotin supports keratin infrastructure; silica supports collagen cross-linking and structural integrity.

Vitamin C 500mg

Vitamin C is a required cofactor for prolyl and lysyl hydroxylase—the enzymes responsible for the hydroxylation steps in collagen synthesis. Without adequate vitamin C, collagen triple helix formation is impaired. Co-administration with collagen peptides is mechanistically essential, not optional.

Hyaluronic Acid (oral, low MW) 120mg

Double-blind RCT (129 women): oral HA supplementation significantly promoted skin hydration at 2–8 weeks, skin tone improvement at 4–8 weeks, and increased epidermal thickness at 12 weeks. Low molecular weight HA is absorbed orally and distributes systemically, stimulating endogenous HA synthesis in dermal fibroblasts. This isn’t topical—it works from the inside.

Important Considerations

Before starting any new supplement, please review these clinical considerations. If you’re on prescription medications, share this page with your healthcare provider.

Biotin at supplemental doses

Biotin supplementation can interfere with certain laboratory blood tests—specifically thyroid hormone tests and cardiac troponin tests. If you have blood work scheduled, inform your healthcare provider and the laboratory that you are taking biotin, and consider pausing for 48 hours before the blood draw. This is a technical interaction with the test chemistry, not a harmful effect.

Astaxanthin

Fat-soluble—always take with a meal that contains some fat for optimal absorption. Very well tolerated at 4–12mg/day.

Vitamin C

At the dose in this formula (500mg), well within the comfortable range for most people. If you have a history of oxalate-type kidney stones, share higher-dose vitamin C use with your healthcare provider.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long before I see skin changes?

Collagen-related changes typically become visible around 8-12 weeks, though some people notice skin smoothness and hydration within 4-6 weeks. Hair growth cycles are longer—meaningful hair fall reduction takes 3-4 months, because hair growth is on a longer timeline. Nails show change at about 12 weeks (the time it takes to grow a full nail from root to tip). Patience is the common theme here.

Will this actually help with wrinkles, or is that hype?

The research is real. The 12-week RCT showed wrinkle depth reduction of -19.6%, which is clinically meaningful. That said, this is a modest improvement, not a miracle. It’s not botox. It’s appropriate for someone looking to slow the clock, not stop it entirely. If you’re 45 and want to minimise further decline, this works. If you’re 65 and hoping to erase 20 years, manage expectations.

Can I take this if I’m pregnant or breastfeeding?

Collagen peptides, vitamin C, and hyaluronic acid are all generally safe in pregnancy. Biotin at supplemental doses should be discussed with your OB. Astaxanthin safety in pregnancy hasn’t been as extensively studied, so we’d recommend pausing it during pregnancy and restarting postpartum. Definitely discuss the full formula with your healthcare provider before starting if you’re pregnant.

What’s the difference between this and just drinking bone broth?

Bone broth is a food, and yes, it contains collagen. But the amount is variable, the collagen form is different, and you’d need to consume a very large volume to match the peptide dose in this formula. Also, our formula includes vitamin C (which bone broth doesn’t provide) as the required cofactor for synthesis. Think of bone broth as a helpful dietary addition and this formula as a targeted supplement—they’re complementary, not competitive.
